RETURNS POLICY
Returns are only offered if the goods received are faulty or not as described.
Returns are offered in the choice of a credit, exchange or refund.
Returns are only available for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required for a return to be eligible.
The goods must be unused, and in the same condition as when received to be eligible for a return.

RETURNS PROCESS
Contact us with a detailed description of the return claim. Photographs of the defect may be requested before a return can be approved. If the goods need to be shipped to us for further inspection, the purchaser will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Please do not ship the goods unless requested as the costs associated will not be refunded.
If it is determined that the purchaser is entitled to a return, the shipping cost will be refunded along with the credit, exchange or refund. Proof of shipping purchase is required for a shipping refund.
